Form
HTML forms are used to send information and to navigate through databases. In this form, I ask a few questions and allow my visitors to send me a message.

When the form is submitted, it is checked to make sure the required fields have been entered. A thank you message is displayed. Then, the user is emailed an automatic confirmation message and their input is sent to me in an email.
